• The discount is applied automatically at checkout or via a specific promo code (e.g., ROYAL20).
• Supplementary charges such as delivery, postage, or gift wrapping are not subject to the discount unless explicitly stated.
• If a discounted item is returned, the refund will be based on the actual price paid at the time of purchase, not the original retail price.

Return and Exchange Policy
We want you to love your fit! If it's not perfect, here is how we can help.

• Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 48 hours from the exact time of delivery as recorded by our courier/delivery partner.
• Condition of Items: To be eligible, garments must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all brand tags and packaging intact.
• Reporting Defects: Any missing items, wrong orders, or physical damage must be reported within this same 48-hour window.
• Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, certain items like innerwear, socks, or personalized/custom-made apparel may be marked as "Final Sale" and ineligible for return.
Processing and Refunds
• Verification: Once your return is received at our warehouse, it will undergo a quality check (typically within 72 hours).
• Refund Method: Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method or provided as store credit, depending on your choice during the return request.
• If a discounted item is returned, the refund will be based on the actual price paid at the time of purchase, not the original retail price.

Standard Legal Clauses
• User Accounts: Guidelines for account creation and the store's right to terminate accounts for fraudulent activity.
• Intellectual Property: All website content, including photos and logos, is the property of the brand and cannot be used without permission.
• Limitation of Liability: The store is not liable for indirect losses or damages arising from website use or delivery delays caused by third-party couriers.

 

Cash on Delivery (COD) Specific Clause
Order Verification & Confirmation
• OTP Verification: All COD orders require mandatory One-Time Password (OTP) verification via SMS or WhatsApp before the order is processed.
• Confirmation Call: Our team may call to verify high-value orders or orders from first-time customers. We reserve the right to cancel any unverified COD order within 24 hours.
Eligibility & Limits
• Order Value Cap: COD is only available for orders between ₹499 to ₹5,000. Orders exceeding this limit must be prepaid.
• Serviceable Areas: COD availability depends on our courier partner's reach. We reserve the right to disable COD for specific pin codes with high historical fraud or RTO rates.
Delivery & Payment Terms
• No Open Delivery: To prevent "empty box" scams, payment must be made to the courier agent before opening the parcel. Any disputes regarding contents must be handled through our official Return/Exchange process.
• Exact Amount: Customers are requested to keep the exact cash amount ready. Many of our partners also support UPI "Scan & Pay" at the doorstep.
Fraud & Misuse Penalties
• Blacklisting: Customers who repeatedly refuse COD deliveries (2 or more times) will be permanently restricted from using the COD option for future purchases.
• RTO Charges: If a COD order is returned to our warehouse due to "customer refusal" or "incorrect address," we may charge a nominal re-shipping fee on the customer's next order.
